Over the last eight months, the Summer Villages on Lac Ste Anne have been working together to explore governance options to potentially improve service delivery, decrease costs, and improve municipal efficiency.

On July 24, 2021 the Summer Village received three Nomination forms. Since we only received three - there will not be an election this year.

Boat Docks and Mooring Standards

Monthly Tax Payment Plan

Take advantage of the Tax Payment Plan. By making equal monthly installments, you will avoid penalties and the need for a large lump-sum payment. Monthly payment can be made by post dated cheque or e-transfer.
Tax Certificates & Searches

Tax Certificates are $25.00 each and can be requested via email at svcastle@telus.net with proof of payment. Please make payment payable to the Summer Village of Castle Island. There is no charge for a tax search.

The Alberta Invasive Plants Council has developed a number of fact sheets that can be very helpful in recognizing invasive plants. Every property owner is responsible for removal of noxious weeds on their property.
